The Indiana Licensed Beverage Association is a non-profit trade association of neighborhood bars and restaurants. Founded in 1933 after the repeal of prohibition, the ILBA represents the interests of on-premise retailers and their patrons at the Statehouse.
The ILBA has a long record of success of protecting, and expanding, our members business opportunities. We led the charge for type II gaming in bars and we've stopped statewide food and beverage tax increases.
We are currently working to expand gaming options in bars with a proposal to legalize video gaming terminals.
