The Indiana Licensed Beverage Association is a non-profit trade association of bars, restaurants and other on-premise venues. Founded in 1933 after the repeal of prohibition, the ILBA represents the interests of on-premise retailers and their patrons at the Statehouse.

The ILBA has a long record of success of protecting, and expanding, our members business opportunities. We led the charge for type II gaming in bars and we've stopped statewide food and beverage tax increases.

The ILBA is currently working to expand gaming options in bars with a proposal to legalize video gaming terminals. The video below highlights the positive impact these types of terminals have had on bars and taverns in Illinois and the potential impact VGTs could bring to Indiana.
