The ILBA is managed by Capitol Assets, www.capitolassets.net, an Indianapolis public affairs firm located across the street from the Statehouse.

Capitol Assets is led by Rick Cockrum, a 30 year veteran of Indiana lobbying and association management. Rick was President of the Indiana Association of Counties and Vice President of Government Relations for Anthem. Daily operations of the ILBA are handled by Brian Hasler, a former member of the Indiana House of Representatives and former staffer to three members of Congress.
