1) Create/support legislation to allow Electronic
Gaming Devices for bars, social, and fraternal clubs.
2) Legalize Pull Tabs for ALL on-premise
licensed establishments.
3) Oppose any statewide smoking bans.
4) Support legislation to allow the sale of alcohol on
Election Day.
5)
Support legislation to allow sale of alcohol until 3AM on the Sunday
preceded by Memorial Day and Labor Day.
6) Actively support statewide, uniform enforcement of
penalties for minors on premise, like drivers license
revocation.
7)
Support restricting the
sale of alcohol at below cost.
8) Oppose any new or increased taxes on,
alcohol, cigarettes, or local food and beverages.
9) Continued protection of the quota system.
10) Continued protection of the three tier system.
11)Support
legislation to allow limited or emergency purchase of alcohol
by a retailer from a dealer.

issuance of an employee permit to someone with 3 DUI’s if any
one offense occurred more than ten years ago.
Supported legislation that allows wholesalers to
sell or give neon signs to retailers.
Supported
legislation to allow retailers to stay open until 3AM on New Years
Eve if it falls on a Sunday.
